Skills and Workforce Development
Gecko can work with you to help your business grow and develop further. We work across the public, private and third sector to help develop solutions to upskill your workforce, help access qualifications that meet real employer needs as well as help your business to access resources. Leadership and Management
Through the Leadership and Management Advisory Service, funded by the Skills Funding Agency, senior leaders of businesses and social enterprises have a great opportunity to develop their leadership and management skills. Gecko Programmes now delivers to this service in the East and West Midlands. For further information, please click here.
Recruitment
We can deliver a full recruitment package to your company at no cost. Depending on your requirements we can source:
- an immediate start through our recruitment agency, NEWT.
- a belated start through the WORK PROGRAMME, where you trail a potential employee for a month or longer, without wage costs.
- an INTERNSHIP filled by an EU graduate for a period of up to three months, without wage costs.
At times, we also have access to funding to support training prior to recruitment and selection, such as our completed CATE project.
