Innovation Profile for Updated Training
Project summary
This project seeks to identify the competence requirements of cultural events managers across Europe, and to compare the formal and non-formal training paths.
Through the project partnership which includes many silent partners from the events industry, the project surveys both new-entrants to the role and those established in the role, identifying the competences required to succeed nationally and internationally, and to identify the obstacles to pan-European working and how to overcome such obstacles.
